Alwar (Rajasthan), Apr 16: A woman left her three-month-old son inside a 200 feet deep well and vanished on Saturday.
Labourers working in the nearby fields heard the screams of the infant and took him out.
The incident took place in Dabadwas village. The infant was sent to Madan primary health centre, from where he was referred to Behrod government hospital. The infant is now stable, the doctors said.
The woman is still absconding, says police sub inspector Jhamman Lal.
