New Delhi: Women candidates have created a history of sorts by bagging first 4 positions in civil services exams declared today. Ira Singhal topped the merit list and she was followed by Renu Raj, Nidhi Gupta and Vandana Rao at 2nd, 3rd and 4th positions respectively.
In 2015 CBSE results for 12th Board examination, M.Gayatri topped the merit list followed by Mythili Mishra. It's the same story nowadays in most of the exam results.
Recent results of various competitive exams clearly indicate the emergence of a new trend in India.
Indian girls, hitherto forced to play second fiddle to boys, are now leaving behind their male counterparts in fiercely fought competitive exams.
Why are girls outperforming boys in these exams? Why are they scoring more marks than boys who always boasted of their higher IQ? Is the myth about males being superior to females falling apart?

Besides the quality of having strong memory power ,girls also have a good concentration power. Infact, concentration and memory are the two mental skills that are interrelated. Girls always work with greater concentration and focus so as to bring out their best in their efforts.
Maximum girls try to complete their study at night because of quite and calm surrounding which enables them to concentrate easily. After the surrounding is silent, there is very less chances and scope of distraction. So selection of time also help them to score better.
It is said that if you really want to judge a women then start judging her patience. With patience she try hard and labour hard so as to excel in her examination.
The work done with full dedication is always worth appreciation. So whatever work is assigned to them, they finish it with full dedication and enjoy doing that so as to bring out best possible result for them.
