New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will make a whirlwind tour of Uttar Pradesh, Chandigarh and Uttarakhand today, addressing two political meetings and inaugurating the new terminal of Chandigarh airport besides attending some other events. The first engagement will be an address at Sarsawa near Saharanpur in western Uttar Pradesh, official sources said.
"Will visit Chandigarh tomorrow, where I will inaugurate a housing scheme, new civil air terminal & attend convocation at PGIMER," Modi tweeted on Thursday. "Will also be in Uttarakhand tomorrow. I will visit Swami Dayanand Saraswati Ashram in Rishikesh," he said in another tweet.
