Dharamsala: A three-day meeting of the Task Force of Exiled Tibetans began here yesterday to discuss prospects of negotiation with China and to review prevailing situation inside Tibet.
The meeting is being held at Kashag Conference Hall, Gangchen Kyishong in Dharamsala under the leadership of Sikyong (Prime Minister) of Tibetan Government-In-Exile Lobsang Sangay.
This is the 26th meeting of the Task Force since it was set up in the late nineties to recommend policy matters and strategies to find a peaceful and mutually acceptable negotiated resolution to the issue of Tibet.
Six members, including former head of the Tibetan Government-In-Exile Samdhong Rinpoche, have been inducted in the Task Force.
