Kota, Mar 16: Three women, including a pregnant one, tested positive for H1N1 virus in Kota region and are undergoing treatment at Maharao Bheem Singh (MBS) hospital.
Of the three women tested positive for the swine flu, 32-year-old Shimla Sharma, a resident of Chaterpura area of Bundi district, is pregnant, swine flu cell in charge at MBS hospital, Satish Khandelwal said.
Shimla tested positive for the H1N1 virus yesterday at MBS hospital while the other two on Thursday.
All the three patients are undergoing treatment at MBS hospital, said the medical officer, adding preventive measures are being taken with the distribution of Temi Flu tablets to the family members and survey is being carried out in the affected areas.
Earlier, a man from Rawatbhata area of Chittor district had died of H1N1 virus at the hospital during treatment.
