Srinagar, Jun 23: Three bodies, including one with a slit throat, were today recovered from different parts of Kashmir Valley, police said.
The body of Abdul Khaliq Teli (50) of Batgund Mawar village was fished out from a stream in north Kashmir's Handwara area, a police spokesman said.
The body of another man, identified as Mushtaq Ahmad Wani (38), was found lying on the bank of a stream in Dolipora village of south Kashmir's Pulwama district.
Police is investigating both the deaths, the spokesman said.
He said the body of an unidentified man was found on the national highway in south Kashmir's Kulgam district.
“The body, with a slit throat, is believed to be of a 45-year-old man and has been sent for postmortem,” he said
