Nagpur, Jan 31: Two labourers were killed and nine others were injured when an under-construction six-storeyed building in Chikhli locality here fell like a pack of cards on Monday.
Ten people are still feared to be trapped in the rubble, with rescue operations still on.
Nagpur Municipal corporation, fire brigade, police and army jawans joined the rescue and search operations.
JCB machine was used to remove the rubble. The rescuers used torch in darkness in search of the survivors.
Local residents said, cold storage work was in progress on the first floor when the mishap took place. Ammonia and Carbon Dioxide gases reportedly leaked from the cold storage but was quickly brought under control, officials said.
