Mumbai, Mar 27: A Thomas Cook flight (Viking Air), VKG 2824, flying from Krabi Airport to Sharjah, made an emergency landing at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport (CSIA) on Tuesday after a Swedish passenger suffered from convulsion thrice inside the aircraft.
The aircraft landed at Mumbai airport at around 11.20 am.
Medical support was made available, and the traveller Bror Gosta Nystrom, was sent to Fortis Hospital, Mulund, as advised by his insurance company and flight captain.
A fellow passenger, who works as a nurse, attended to him on board.
The Swedish traveller was accompanied by his wife Anna Kirstine Nystrom.
