New Delhi, Sept 10: Yoga guru Swami Ramdev, whose trusts are being made targets of probe by Enforcement Directorate and other agencies, on Saturday publicly expressed his anger by casting off his saffron robes to castigate the government.

The occasion was a Sai Bhajan event at Delhi's Talkatora Stadium where he was the chief guest.

Swami Ramdev said his trusts were being targeted by the government.

"Look, I have only these two robes with me. Take away these too. Here I throw them off. You want to take off my dhoti, then I will have a langoti (underwear) left. If you want that too, I will become digambar (nude).

"What can you do to a nude man? What more harm can you do to a nude man? All these people (in power) are already nude before the people".

(Yahan to yeh do kapde hain. Yeh bhi cheen lo. Yeh lo phenk diya. Dhoti utar logey? Rah jayegi langoti. Woh bhi nikal do. Digambari ho jayengey. Nanga karne ke bad kya karogey? Nange ka kya bigaad logey? Bhai, yeh sab toh khud nange hain)

Swami Ramdev said, he is neither going to bow, nor break before government.

The yoga guru lashed out : "You can say I am a thug, or you can give me the title of a maha-thug. Tell me, what theft have I committed? Have I teased any girl?"

Swami Ramdev said he would campaign for the defeat of all UPA candidates in all the forthcoming elections. He said he would launch the second phase of his Bharat Swabhiman Yatra from September 20.

"The next government in Delhi will be the one which must promise to take action for bringing back the plundered black money stashed in foreign banks. We don't need power. We want our country to get back the plundered billions, Rs 400 lakh crore."

The irony is that, Swami Ramdev said, the party which fought for India's independence is describing patriots as traitors. Anybody speaking against black money and corruption is being branded as traitors, he said. I have been branded as the government's Enemy No. 1, Ramdev said.
