The Income Tax Department ‘surveyed’ actor six locations linked to actor Sonu sood in Mumbai on Wednesday. However, no seizures have been made so far. It is learnt that the survey has been going on since morning.
A real estate deal is under the scanner of the department, PTI sources said.
Recently, Sood was announced as the brand ambassador of the AAP government's 'Desh ka Mentor' programme aimed at providing guidance to students on career choices.
The actor grabbed the national spotlight for helping migrants reach their home states during the nationwide lockdown clamped last year in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
