I am from upper middle class family completed my master degree in English and also trained in Aviation Management. In the year 2008, in the month of January, I joined in Saradha Group of Companies in its tour and Traveks sector as jr executive posted in Guwahati with a salary package of Rs 15,000/- but within one month I came back due to some problem and I joined in Kolkata at 64, Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata-700017. Like all other ladies held from a middle class backgroun, I had also some dreams to be a potent part in the society and believe me I have always tried to give justice to my wishes by enormous dedication determination and discipline.
“Like all other dedicated workers in a company I had always been very serious sincere and hardworking towards following my senior employer's order likes the instrucions of a captain in a voyage. I believed my boss Mr Sudipto Sen with utmost good faith from the core of my heart and followed his wish whenever he commanded.
Kindly consider the fact that I was just a mere employee and always acted as per the direction of my boss and my work was limited to his directions.
“In the month of July 2008, one Company formed under Saradha group namely Saradha Realty India Ltd and I have been promoted as the Director of the Company considering the dedication and hard work of mine. I started concentrating on the company and it also started its journey and my role in that company was to see the administrative part only. I have been assigned to work as an administrator and believe me, fund accumulation was never a part of my job.
“I have been given directions to supervise my employees working under my team as junior employees and my boss used to take regular report from me regarding their progress.
“Few days later my boss started depending on me considering my ability and he started to take me with him in most of the business tours. Please consider that I had never any relation with Mr Sudipto Sen other than a sincere trustworthy employee and I never tried to override or cross my limits nor did I had any intension to do so.
I had never shared any room with Mr Sudipto Sen but to my utmost bad luck people nowadays are gossiping against my chastity. I am a Bengali lady and my family also has a very good reputation, but, unfortunately after all these incidents people are trying to smoke my image which is completely unjustifiable.
“All employees of the company do give their full efforts as they receive the salary from there and accordingly I also did the same. But when I found my boss started making business in a different way which is absolutely against my principles I started raising my voice against my boss and he not considering my dedication towards the company sacked me from the post of a director. As I expected the company gradually started felling into trouble and many persons of esteemed class in the society who have always been with cordial relationship with my boss and the company started turning their faces and showing their original colours.
