Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief Raj Thackeray has now trained his guns at tennis player Sania Mirza, saying that she should not be allowed to represent India if she marries Pakistan cricketer Shoaib Malik.
“We are not concerned with whom Sania Mirza marries, but it is definitely a matter of concern if she marries a Pakistani. We will not allow her to play for this country,“ said Thackeray. Thackeray was speaking at Badlapur in a civic election campaign while campaigning for his party candidates.
He also blamed the migrants for the problems in Maharashtra. “These migrants are snatching your rations, your water and also various contracts,“ said Thackeray. He called himself a new groom who deserved a chance to represent them.
