Bollywood star Salman Khan was under the influence of alcohal when he allegedly rammed his car into a bakery in Bandra in 2002, a chemical analyst who tested the actor's blood sample after the accident has told a trial court.
Salman was taken into custody after he allegedly rammed his Land Cruiser into the bakery in the early hours on September 28, 2002, killing one person and injuring four others who were sleeping on the footpath outside the shop.
The test report said 62mg of alcohol was found from the blood sample of Salman, which was in excess of the permissible limit.PTI
