Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Tuesday assured mediapersons an impartial probe into all aspects relating to the infamous Ruchika molestation case.
The government would ensure that justice was meted out to the Ruchika family, he said.
Inter-acting with mediapersons here, Hooda assured them an impartial probe into all aspects -- Ruchika's molestation, her suicide and harassment of her family. Hooda had earlier said the Ruchika case would be revisited and appropriate action taken in the matter. Rathore, a 1965-batch IPS officer who retired in 2002, was awarded six-month jail term by a CBI court last week for molesting Ruchika, a budding tennis player, 19 years ago when he was the Inspector General of Police.
