Delhi's Chawri Bazar market is full of shopkeepers selling chemicals which are used in removing that ink.
Many shopkeepers accepted that they make the chemical and the sale for the product increases during election period.
The investigation found that many people had multiple voter ID cards with just their second names or age changed in the alternate card.
