Remembering major terror attacks on Anti Terrorism Day

New Delhi: The death anniversary of ex-prime minister of India, Shri Rajiv Gandhi is also observed as Anti Terrorism Day all over the country on 21 May.  Terrorism, the most heinous crime by the mankind



May 2012: A suicide bomber dressed as a soldier blew himself up during a rehearsal for the annual Unity Day parade in the Yemeni capital Sana'a. At least 120 people were killed and hundreds more were injured, as several high-ranking officials escaped unharmed. Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula claimed responsibility for the attack.
