New Delhi: For CBSE Class 12 examination topper M Gayatri, sticking regularly to normal hours of study is the mantra of success.
A student of New Greenfields School, Saket, she also credited her parents S Mohan and Laxmi Mohan as well as her teachers for their contribution for her achievement.
“It works if we maintain regularity in studies,” Gayatri said, stressing that 6 hours of daily study, divided into 2 hours in the morning and 4 in the evening, helped her.
Gayatri, whose score card read English Core 98, Economics 98, Mathematics 100, Business Studies 100 and Accountancy 100, also cautioned against 10-12 hours of study saying it does not help that much.
Following the spectacular result, Gayatri now plans to go for CA course. “I studied Commerce as I wanted to become a CA,” she said, adding that although DU is a great place, it is not her priority.
