New Delhi: India TV chairman and Editor-in-chief Rajat Sharma is among the 100 Most Powerful Indians, says English-language daily Indian Express.
Sharma is ranked 51st in the list compiled by the leading English daily.
The alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi, is one of India's most powerful Editor of the country, says the newspaper.
“He had some of India's most powerful in attendance at the 21st anniversary celebrate of his ‘Aap Ki Adalat' in December 2014,” the Indian Express article reads.

Recently, the Government of India conferred one of the highest civilian award of the country, Padma Bhushan, on Sharma.
Last year, Sharma was appointed as President of News Broadcasters Association -- the apex body of Indian news channels, News Broadcasters Association.
“His India TV was the first national channel to land an hour-long interview with Narendra Modi, then BJP's PM candidate,” the article further says.
The first position in the list is grabbed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The PM is closely followed by his long term associate and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Amit Shah.
Surprisingly, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat is ahead from Finance Minister Arun Jaitley in the list. The saffron brigade leader is at third position whereas the FM is at fourth position.
Congress chief Sonia Gandhi is the only member belonging to India's grand old party in the top 10 list. She is featured at fifth position while her son and Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi has been ranked at 11th position.
President Pranab Mukherjee has been ranked sixth most powerful Indian citizen by the Indian Express.
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief and Delhi's Chief Minister Arvinf Kejriwal is ahead of Home Minister Rajnath Singh and External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj. While Kejriwal is at seventh spot, Singh and Swaraj are at eighth and ninth position, respectively.
Chief Justice of India (CJI) HL Dattu has taken the tenth spot.
