Mumbai: The special anti-corruption bureau (ACB) court on Saturday reprimanded the ACB investigators for filing a closure report in the Rs 45,000 cr Powai land scam, without producing any investigation report.
Builder Niranjan Hiranandani and several other bureaucrats are accused in this case. Special judge V A Daulatabadkar said he will decide on closure of the case only after going through the probe report. Next hearing is on Feb 15.
