The two were rushed to the Baba Bhim Rao Ambedkar hospital from where the latter was discharged yesterday.
Police said Manoj is already married and has two children.
He is separated from his wife and has been living alone for the past three months.
During investigations police learnt that the 19-year-old girl had eloped some time back with Manoj, they stayed in Bihar for 5-6 days after which they returned.
