Following the orders by Special Judicial Magistrate (CBI) Mirza Zeenat, the accused will be handed over to the state police by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) team investigating the case at 10 a.m. Friday.

Haq was killed by an angry mob following the murders of Balipur village head Nanhe Yadav and his brother Suresh Yadav March 2.
After being beaten up, the DSP was shot dead by unknown assailants.

Following this, Raja Bhaiyya was forced to quit the cabinet and cases were registered against him.
On request of the families of the killed men, the Uttar Pradesh government had recommended a CBI probe into the triple murders. The CBI is currently investigating the matter.
