Kota, Rajasthan, Feb 25 : A police constable was beheaded on Thursday night by some unidentified persons in Udyog Nagar here, police said.
The incident took place at around 10 PM when the 52-year-old policeman Nand Ram was sitting on wireless duty at a police outpost, when somebody attacked him with a weapon.
Forensic Science Lab officials were called to the scene of crime. Police said, Nand Ram had earlier got threats from a man, who is absconding.SP Kota City Prafulla Kumar said, the killer has been identified and police is on the lookout.
