New Delhi: It was a pleasant, cloudy morning here Tuesday. The Met Office has forecast the sky will be clear in the day.
The visibility in the morning was 500 metres. An official said 21 trains coming to the city were running late while the departure time of four trains was rescheduled.
The minimum temperature settled two notches above the season's average at 9 degrees Celsius.
"The sky will remain clear through the day. There will be light mist in the evening," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 21 degrees Celsius.
The humidity at 8:30 a.m. was 97 percent.
Delhi saw a sunny Monday with the maximum temperature recorded at 20.7 degrees Celsius, average for the season. The minimum was 7.8 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average.
