NEET-UG paper leak: CBI arrests two more accused in Bihar and Jharkhand

The CBI has arrested two individuals from Patna and Hazaribagh in the NEET-UG paper leak case. Pankaj Singh, the alleged mastermind, was involved in extracting the papers, while his accomplice helped him in this heist.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has made significant progress in the NEET paper leak case, arresting two individuals. Pankaj Kumar alias Aditya was arrested in Patna, while Raju Singh was apprehended in Hazaribagh.

Mastermind and accomplice detained

According to the CBI, Pankaj Kumar, a civil engineer from Bokaro, masterminded the theft of the NEET exam papers from a trunk in Hazaribagh while another accused Raju Singh helped him in this heist. These recent arrests have come as major breakthroughs in the NEET paper leak investigation so far.

Video evidence released

A video of the trunk from which the NEET papers were stolen was also shot by India TV's team. The video showed the exact trunk from which the papers were stolen by the accused in Hazaribagh. The mastermind, Pankaj Kumar, and his accomplice, Raju Singh, are now in custody, marking a significant development in the ongoing investigation.
