Bhopal: Investigations into the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB) admissions between 1997 and 2011 will not be possible as the huge database of more than five lakh candidates is not available, according to the Special Task Force (STF)'s reply to court.
The matter surfaced after STF submitted an affidavit before the Indore bench of high court recently that requisite records were not available with MPPEB.
The submission was made during hearing of a PIL by a former independent MLA from Ratlam, Paras Saklecha.
But, the scam trail can be traced to Samajwadi Party (SP) supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav's ancestral village in Saifai district of Etawah district.
In a revelation, a teenage wonder and internet activist has leaked information pertaining to the exam scam in Madhya Pradesh, said reports.
This comes days after Lokayukta sleuths raided the house of former controller of examinations, Dr Pankaj Trivedi, the key accused in the MPPEB scam.
Nikhil Thakur leaked documents related to the MPPMT scam to Special Task Force which leads to Saifai in Uttar Pradesh's Etawah district.
