Khandwa (MP): It is a case Bollywood stuffs are made of.  A Lok Adalat judge on Saturday ordered a man to spend 15 days alternately with his wife and live-in partner, both staying under the same roof.

Judge Ganga Charan Dube gave thisorder, after the three parties appeared before him to help bring peace in a squabbling family hit by marital discord.

Ultimately, both the women agreed to live under the same roof and share space with the man they love for a fortnight each.

The man Basant was in love with both the women Shanti and Ram Kumari.

The order issued by Judge Ganga Charan Dube says, the wife and the live-in partner will live under the same roof and share space with the man they love for a fortnight each, following a mutual agreement between them.

The house of the man, who retired recently as a state electricity department employee in Omkareshwar, has three rooms and as per the agreement, he will stay in the middle while remaining two rooms will be occupied by his wife and his woman friend, separately.

“The middle room will have an access to both the rooms and the court directed the man to spend a fortnight each with both of them,” said government advocate Ashwini Bhate.

According to the agreement, the live-in partner will also have equal share in movable and immovable properties of the man.

The row arose after the man's wife had filed a complaint with Lok Adalat alleging that her husband spends most of the time with his woman friend and that for the last two years she has begun staying with them at their house.
