New Delhi, Jun 2: All the 17 Motor Licensing Officers and 13 zonal transport offices in Delhi went on a flash strike from Saturday protesting the attack on an MLO Anil Chikara by miscreants outside his office on Loni Road.

Chikara was going to the Transport Authority Office on Loni Road, when four persons on motorbikes attacked him. Chikara had minor injuries, and as a crowd collected the assailants fled.

Three days ago, a woman had come to his office alleging rape, Chikara said, adding, that he was the prosecution witness in the Buradi Transport scam, in which Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit is also accused.

Police has registered a case of assault. No arrests have been made so far.
