Guwahati, Jul 1: Tremors of mild intensity were today felt in parts of Assam but there was no report of any casualty or damage.The epicentre of the quake was located at Majuli island in upper Assam. Tremors were also felt in parts of lower Assam, officials said.The Indian Meteorological Centre in Shillong is yet to give the exact intensity of the earthquake on the Richter Scale, sources said.
