Manmohan Singh dies: Former Prime Minister and the architect of the country's biggest economic reform, Dr Manmohan Singh breathed his last at the age of 92 on Thursday night in AIIMS Delhi. He was laid to rest at the Nigambodh Ghat in Delhi today.
Manmohan Singh dies: Dr Manmohan Singh served as the 13th Prime Minister of India between 2004-2014. He breathed his last at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi on Thursday night. He was laid to rest at the Nigambodh Ghat in New Delhi in the presence of President Droupadi Murmu, PM Modi, Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge, Amit Shah, Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and others. Earlier today, his mortal remains were brought to the AICC headquarters where the Congress leaders and workers paid their last respects to him. Subsequently, the former PM's last journey started for Nigambodh Ghat.

Congress' Punjab Chief Amarinder Singh Raja Warring said that Dr Singh must be given space as provided to Atal Bihari Vajpayee. However, the MHA has announced to allocation of the space.
