Lok Sabha Election Results 2024 LIVE Updates: The fate of candidates on 542 of the 543 Parliamentary seats is being decided today. BJP won the Surat seat unopposed. The counting of votes is underway.
Lok Sabha Elections 2024 Results LIVE: The BJP-led NDA is struggling to cross the 300-mark defying almost all the exit poll predictions, thanks to a massive setback the saffron party has suffered in Uttar Pradesh. Although, PM Modi may still return for a third term with help from a greater help from alliance partners (JD-U, TDP). The INDIA bloc was leading in 44 Lok Sabha seats in Uttar Pradesh and the BJP-led NDA in 35, according to trends on the Election Commission website. INDIA bloc parties SP and Congress were leading in 37 and 7 seats, the election panel's data for polls to the 80 parliamentary constituencies in the state showed. The BJP is leading in all seven Lok Sabha seats in Delhi on Tuesday, with three of its candidates leading by a margin of over a lakh votes. The BJP was ahead in all 29 Lok Sabha seats in Madhya Pradesh, with Union Ministers Jyotiraditya Scindia and Faggan Singh Kulaste establishing clear leads in their constituencies. The BJP was leading in eight Lok Sabha seats in Jharkhand, its ally AJSU Party in one, while the Congress was ahead in two and the JMM in three seats.
