5:45 pm: Arvind Kejriwal comes out of assembly. Says, Today it was exposed for the first time that the Congress and BJP members were acting in unison. They were protesting in a manner reminiscent of Republic Day Parade. First the Congress members trooped in and then went back. Then the BJP trooped in and protested. This shows, both the two main parties are hand in gloves.

5:40 PM: Congress leader Arvinder Singh Lovely moved a motion under Rule 293 which the House passed. Under this rule, the Speaker of the assembly loses the right to take any action against any member. The Speaker then adjourned the house for tomorrow.
