A number of BJP MLAs broke Speaker's mikes and threw papers which created total chaos in the Assembly. This forced Speaker M S Dhir to adjourn the House for fourth time for 10 minute.
One of the Congress MLAs Mohammad Asif, who represents Okhla constituency, took some papers from Speaker's table and tore them away.
He also broke a mike put up in front of Kejriwal's chair. Amid chaos, JDU MLA Shoaib Iqbal also got hold of Speaker's chair and jostled with it.
R P Singh, BJP MLA from Rajinder Nagar constituency, put some bangles and lipsticks on the desk of Somnath Bharti.
The House had to be adjourned again after legislators continued to shout slogans and protest demanding Bharti's resignation.
Earlier in the day, the BJP legislators had objected to the Speaker's reference of “special session” to the proceedings in his introductory address. They demanded that he call it the budget session.
