New Delhi: In a setback to Justice AK Ganguly, the Supreme Court today dismissed a plea seeking to quash the complaint of sexual harassment.
Last month, the committee of three Supreme Court judges found Justice Ganguly guilty of sexually harassing an intern at a five-star hotel in Delhi in December 2012.
The panel indicted the former judge for what it called "unwelcome behaviour" and "conduct of sexual nature" towards the young woman, but said no action could be taken as Justice Ganguly had retired before the incident.
