After passing the written examination, you will be called for Personality test. It is otherwise known as interview. Your communication skills will be checked in this stage.
Few technical questions will be asked. The total marks allotted for Personality test is 200. It is much easier to clear this round.
Before you sit for the interview, try to brush up your fundamental subjects which you have already learnt in your medicine course.
At the final, you will be admitted for physical examination. You must be physically fit enough to look after the job, you are appointed in.
After clearing these stages, you will be appointed as medical officer with good pay package.
