Kottayam: Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy was hospitalised on Monday after he felt uneasiness and he is likely to undergo an angiography later in the day, said sources.
He was admitted to the Kottayam Medical College hospital after he felt uneasy.
Doctors attending on the 70-year old veteran Kerala politician said that he is stable now and was hospitalised following a mild angina.
"He needs an angiography to assess the situation and if an angioplasty needs to be done, it would be done," said sources close to the treating doctor.
