The Home Ministry had asked for handing over of the case to the NIA which was resisted by the Delhi Police saying its probe had reached the stage of charge sheet.
The ministry rejected the NIA plea and asked it to hand over the case to the Delhi Police.
Reacting to it, the NIA spokesperson said the matter relates to a case which was transferred by the Home Ministry in October 2012 from Delhi Police to the NIA.
