New Delhi: IM co founder Yasin Bhatkal has been sent to 14 days judicial custody in connection with German bakery blast case against him.
He has been kept under judicial custody till March 28.
ATS officials would interrogate Bhatkal who is the prime suspect of the blast happened in German Bakery on February 13, 2010.
'Bhatkal' communicated with other absconding accused involved in various bomb blast cases across India.
After watching CCTV camera footage, investigating agencies accused Bhatkal of being involved in the blast.
Asked by the court if Bhatkal had any complaints against the police, he replied in the negative.
When the court asked him if he needed a lawyer, he replied in the affirmative. As a lawyer is needed to give Bhatkal judicial remand, advocate Indrapreet Gil showed his consent to become his lawyer.
