"The fourth point that a cyclone converts and transfers salty oceania water in to a fresh water which unfortunately, we allow to flow back to the ocean. Otherwise, this water is more than the capacity of any major dam in the world.
"The fifth point is that a cyclone is the testing time for all our technological claims about the stability of poles, bridges, structures etc.
"They also give us the maximum wind speed for which we have to design our structures in the coastal zones.
"The most unfortunate part is that there is a boundary called, oceanic zone and we should not occupy it permanently.
"But, due to our population pressure coupled with poor infrastructure along the coastal zones, we want to blame the cyclone, rather than taking blame on us.
"India must limit its own population, otherwise, any natural force shall claim lives and we will go on blaming the nature rather than blaming ourselves."
