The firing continued for about 90 minutes. No injuries have been reported so far.
Earlier on Saturday, Pakistani troops had again violated the ceasefire in the Shahpur sector of Poonch in Jammu and Kashmir and had targeted four Indian posts. Indian soldiers had also retaliated to the unprovoked firing by Pakistani troops.
