Ranchi, Aug 4: Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren will expand his cabinet today by inducting six ministers. Governor Syed Ahmed will administer the oath to Geetashree Oraon (Congress), Suresh Paswan (RJD), Simon Marandi, Champai Soren, Jaiprakash Bhai Patel and Hazi Hussain Ansari (all JMM), a Raj Bhavan top official said.
Soren had taken oath along with Congress' Rajendra Prasad Singh and RJD's Annapurna Devi on July 13.
With today's expansion, he will have nine ministers in his cabinet. As per the constitutional provision he can have a maximum of 12 ministers.
