Ranchi, Apr 2: Jharkhand Chief Secretary Ram Sevak Sharma has issued an advisory to e-mailers after handing over the charge as Director General of ID for Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) to Vijay Shankar Madan.
Urging all those using mails to send future despatches, meant for DG & Mission Director of UIDAI, to dg@uidai.gov.in, Sharma said “I have been using this email ID for Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) official mails.
I have moved to Ranchi from UIDAI on transfer. Hence this is to request you that this email id (dg@uidai.gov.in) be used by my successor-in-office Dr. Vijay Madan.
“All other mails, addressed to me in my personal capacity may continue to be sent to this mail ID (rssharma3@gmail.com) as I will continue to use it in my personal capacity,” the tech-savvy bureaucrat said.
Sharma, who was the DG of the UIADI, took over as the Chief Secretary of Jharkhand yesterday.
