"They warned me against revealing anything going on in Asaram Ashram. When I approached Gorva police station, they did not register my complaint. The local police station officials were threatened by D G Vanzara. He asked them not to entertain me," alleges Prajapati.
"Police told me that if I insisted on registering a complaint against Asaram, then his group will also register a complaint of trespassing into Ashram against me. Vanzara indirectly created pressure on me so that I struck a compromise," Prajapati said.
Prajapati was kidnapped and thrashed at least 10 times between 2005 and 2009.
