Guwahati, Nov 11 (PTI) Assam Governor J B Patnaik is likely to undergo surgery tomorrow following multiple fractures that he suffered after a fall in Dibrugarh on Monday.

The Governor's vital parameters were being closely monitored as he suffers from diabetes and hypertension.

Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi today called up Patnaik, who is currently undergoing treatment at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in Delhi and inquired about his health.
