Jaipur, Jan 5: Harsh cold conditions prevailed in most parts of Rajasthan today where Mount Abu recorded minus 1 degrees Celsius.
Fatehpur was also freezing at zero degrees. Bikaner and Pilani recorded 0.4 degree Celsius while mercury in Karauli and Nagaur plummeted to 0.6 and 0.7 degrees
Celsius respectively, according to the Met department here. Vanasthali, Churu, Sriganganagar, Rajsamand, Bharatpur recorded 1.4, 2, 2.2, 2.6 and 3.3 degree Celsius respectively.
Mercury settled at 4.2, 6 and 7.1 degree at Jaipur, Ajmer
and Barmer
