New Delhi, Dec 6: Spiritual guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar on Tuesday expressed dismay over political parties giving tickets to people with criminal records due to which, he said, India has become a land of
"Through meditation we are trying to bring positive change in the lives of these rowdy sheeters who can overcome their ill habits," he said.
Over 750 offenders registered in 16 police stations in east Delhi have attended meditation sessions organised by the Art of Living.
