Though there were many examples to bring into your notice ; we brought you some of the selected ones who really need to be known by you.This man named Vidya Sagar used to work as a labourer and was working as a tile labourer in some private company. Here, he was selling “Paan” a savory for most of the people. He was earning there well but had to come to Delhi as his family moved to the capital. The person sitting next to him is Abdul. He has been working as a fast food (chips and all) seller since 7- 8 years. These two share a great bond together and want people to show that there is nothing like Hindu and Muslim as they believe “ khoon toh sabka lal hi hai( the color of the blood is red of everyone).This man named Jaybir sells “Jadu” as some of the kids were calling it. He has been selling the bottle of bubbles since 15- 20 years. Not only kids but even youngsters were enjoying it. Rajesh, the tattoo man from Rajasthan was so busy in his work that he replied to us without looking at our face. He was working so dedicatedly that he didn't feel the pressure of working under low light.Wannna make tattoo then come to him if you want to enjoy the beauty of India Gate along with the tattoo.Birju is a college ( Sikkim Manipal University) going guy who not only goes to college and attends lectures side by side but even helps his family by selling Momos at the corner of a side of India Gate. These were some of the genuine cases which we came across but the case of three girls and a case of an old man can't be forgotten.This old man wasn't audible enough. The words that he spoke could be understood only if you listen to him carefully… not by looking here and there. He must be around 85 years old. At first, he started narrating his story but soon he started crying and said…. Help me if you can by giving money. There were many poor people who we came across but this man was not only drunk but was asking for money from everybody passing through.These girls first will impress you a lot. They will say that they are not only studying but have also been working as wrist band maker with names written on plastic beads at India Gate since they were a small kid. The wrist band that they make cost only around Rs. 30 but they will charge Rs. 40 extra. We thought that this is something interesting but soon their goodness came in front of our eyes. Later when we searched for these girls to take our money back- they were nowhere to be seen.Even this kid cannot be forgotten. He was so cute that you would have helped him… but he didn't want to get the pics clicked! So, you will find from a good to a selfish person in this population of 1,262,670,000 crore. But do not forget to visit this place at evening time as there is much more to please your eyes.
