New Delhi, Feb 9 : "I don't think I should have been born in India. There is no system. Innocent people are put behind the bars. Those who commit crimes are out", was how dentist Rajesh Talwar reacted to a Ghaziabad court order asking him to face trial on the charge of killing his daughterAarushi.

"Unfair is a mild word", he told Headlines Today reacting to the court order."I want the country and the media to wake up. This is not fair. Somebody should help us", he said.

Talwar, who has been made an accused along with his dentist wife Nupur Talwar in the case relating to the murder of his daughter, said his lawyers would chalk out the next course of action.Nupur, who was made a co-accused, said the CBI is one organization but has two views. "They come with their preconceived notions".

Dinesh Talwar, brother of Rajesh, said what was happening to Rajesh was "a shame".Disputing the CBI theory, Dinesh said the agency has conducted all tests that were humanly possible on Rajesh and has not found any evidence but still holds him guilty.

But he wondered why CBI is not conducting touch-DNA test by investigating the hand impressions on some of the objects in Aarushi's room where the killers had left their imprint. He said CBI was prepared to conduct all tests which are not legally tenable but not willing to conduct lawful tests like touch-DNA tests.
