Agartala/New Delhi, Apr 17: The poor parents of  a 16-month-old baby girl, suffering from hydrocephalus, an abnormal accumulation of fluid in the brain resulting in triple size of the child's head,  left Agartala for New

 

However, her father Abdul Rahman, who is a kiln worker and earns barely enough to provide for family's food, was unable to afford the expensive treatment.
 
Meanwhile the offer of a renowned hospital in New Delhi came to the family's rescue.
