Agartala/New Delhi, Apr 17: The poor parents of  a 16-month-old baby girl, suffering from hydrocephalus, an abnormal accumulation of fluid in the brain resulting in triple size of the child's head,  left Agartala for New

 

The child, Roona Begum, was diagnosed with hydrocephalus within weeks of her birth in the government hospital at this remote village.
 
Doctors in Tripura had earlier said that the child needed specialised care, for which the parents would have to travel to a major cities.
