Agartala/New Delhi, Apr 17: The poor parents of a 16-month-old baby girl, suffering from hydrocephalus, an abnormal accumulation of fluid in the brain resulting in triple size of the child's head, left Agartala for New Delhi on Tuesday, after a private hospital in the city, offered free treatment to the child.
The family lives in the village of Jirania Khala, 32 kilometres from Agartala.
